You should use your 'My Lpc' subscription services throughout the lease cycle, as our videos, guides, checklists, webinars, templates and tools help you get tenant-friendly lease outcomes at each and every point in the lease cycle.  Whether you are reviewing your accommodation needs, searching for premises, assessing an option to renew, considering whether to stay-go, negotiating commercial terms, undertaking due diligence on preferred site, reviewing a draft lease, progressing a fit-out, managing an existing lease, setting up critical dates, doing an annual outgoings audit, or exiting a lease, our tools help you achieve tenant friendly outcomes by avoiding the many mistakes that tenants make in these and other leasing matters.

How does the ‘My Lpc Standard Plan’ help me achieve better outcomes and what does it cost?

The Standard subscription increases your lease negotiation and lease management skills via unrestricted access to our video tutorials, user guides, checklists, resources, and templates which help you achieve better lease outcomes at each point in the lease cycle. The generic subscription is $480 per year excluding gst ($40 per month) with a minimum subscription term of 12 months, payable annually on commencement. If you are a member of an association that Lpc serves as a partner then preferred rates apply.

How does the ‘My Lpc Pro Plan’ help me achieve better outcomes and what does it cost?

The Pro subscription increases your lease negotiation and lease management skills via unrestricted access to our video tutorials, user guides, checklists, resources, and templates which help you achieve better lease outcomes at each point in the lease cycle and via 6 hours per year of advice. The generic subscription is$960 per year excluding gst ($80 per month) with a minimum subscription term of 12 months, payable annually on commencement. If you are a member of an association that Lpc serves as a partner then preferred rates apply.

What is the difference between advice and representation?

This is an important distinction. Tenant representation is specifically excluded from the services provided on the ‘My Lpc Pro Plan’, as this service requires us to represent the tenant in the leasing or premises matter. The advice provided helps tenants negotiate and achieve better leasing and tenancy outcomes at every point in their lease journey with the tenant responsible for applying the advice received. When representation is required then paying subscribers receive tenant representation services at a discounted rate.

What countries does Lpc Cresa cover?

'My Lpc' subscriptions have been designed with the Australian and New Zealand occupier in mind, and the subscriptions are relevant and useful for office tenants, retail tenants and industrial tenants. As our advice is commercial and not legal, the principles that underpin the advice are applicable for all commercial tenants in most jurisdictions.

I already have a solicitor why would I seek advice from Lpc Cresa?

This is an important question as is the answer. Many tenants end up with ‘tenant unfriendly leases’ through relying on the wrong party (including an agent and / or a solicitor) to advise on the commercial terms of their lease arrangements. We only represent tenants and occupiers and we apply our commercial and real estate expertise to help occupiers achieve tenant friendly leasing arrangements and premises that support the business objectives through the lease term. We work with your solicitor to ensure the legal expression protects the tenant as intended.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your My Lpc subscription at any time by emailing a cancellation request to reception@lpc.com.au, noting that the minimum paid subscription is for a 12-month term. Once you have completed the cancellation process the auto-renewal will be ‘switched off’ and your will not receive any further charges. You will continue to have access to the Free Subscription plan.
