This checklist will help you ascertain whether your lease option contains essential tenant-friendly clauses. The checklist will highlight important clauses to note and include in your lease option. Most importantly, the checklist will help you negotiate more tenant-friendly lease options for your current and/or future lease. Next steps: 1. For each statement select one of Yes/No/Unsure. 2. Complete all 5 statements and click the submit button. 3. You will receive an email from LPC providing your overall score with a display of how 'tenant-friendly' your lease option is using the LPC barometer. 4. Use the results to assess how 'tenant-friendly' your option is. 5. Use the results to guide your current and future lease negotiations.
